10/10/14: Day 221: Milestones

Charlotte is four weeks old today! Della said that she has hit all the developmental milestones for one month and many of the two month ones. Things like making eye contact, holding up her head, and interlacing her fingers. I am very thankful that she is healthy! I spent the morning writing another lesson. This one centered on 2nd Timothy 3:16. Then I studied Spanish and rested a bit in the afternoon. Lucky and I left for Shucutitan at 2:30. She dropped me off and I went with Samuel to have some studies. There is a workbook called What the Bible Says that several members are working through and Samuel and I went to help them through it. At the first study I started with my lesson but I made it too long so we had to summarize it in the end. We studied with four people in two places until 5:30, when Lucky had finished with the girls. She had a car load of teens and she took me back to the house for me to get dinner for Della and she went on to the small group bible study. Della and I gave Charlotte a bath after dinner. Della said she had cried for nearly an hour straight while she held her. Sometimes babies just cry.
