6/6/14: Day 96: Back Breaker!

Clifton and I met Hector at Shucutitan at 8:00 to unload the building materials. They were there waiting when we arrived. There were three houses and each had 40- 300 pound slabs and 8- 400 pound posts. We had no water to drink so we about died. Clifton hurt his back and I spent all my energy. I was not in shape for moving that much at all. The two guys who were with the truck were tanks; they did the majority of the work. We worked until 11:00 and then came home exhausted and dehydrated. I rested until 1:15 and then went with Della to the doctor. We waited in the office from 2:00 till 4:00. The doctor gave Della a good report but said she was 8 pounds underweight. We got new pictures! I asked how many babies she had delivered and she said it was well over 1000! Then we rushed home to get Clifton and then back to Shucutitan for teen time. Clifton taught and Della interpreted. After the lesson we played Hangman with words from Esther. Afterwards we took Catharine home and saw that all the materials for the first house had been taken up. Hector said he was going to hire six men to take the materials for the house that is only accessible by walking over a steep mountain.
