9/30/14: Day 212: Whistle Boogers
I spent the day writing the monthly report for us and Lucky. At 2:30, I watched Charlotte while Della went to get a haircut. The dryer was delivered as promised today but sadly the 240 socket behind the stove does not work. I got out my voltmeter and discovered it was only getting like 20 on one side and 40 on the other. I could hot wire it into the fuse box but Della insisted that I should wait for the landlord to install the new plug in the garage. I pre-read two chapters in Acts and read one out loud to Lucky. I have also had some minor stomach troubles all day. In the evening Della discovered that Charlotte had some boogers that she wanted to get rid of. We didn’t have a bulb so Della tried to put some drops down her nose and it was a major fiasco. I glad babies don’t remember being babies.
