Last night felt like a long night. Hopefully it will only get better for Della
as far as her recovery. She is unable to get in or out of bed on her own. This morning
she thought she was feeling well enough to go walk around; she made it to the
dining table and said that was far enough and went back to bed. Glory to God,
Della has started producing milk. We were worried that it might take up to 5
days after a C-Section or may not ever come in. Thankfully, after only 2 days,
that is no longer a concern. I stayed home with Della for the entire day. Lucky
said that when the birth announcement was made here in the Ataco CoC and
everyone saw the pictures they all said “awe” in unison. Today Grandpa
celebrated his birthday (Actual BDay is Wednesday) so me and Charlotte Skyped
with him, grandma, mom, dad, Christina, and Dan. Della is on a 2.5 hour
rotation of feeding and sleeping for Charlotte so we went to bed at 8:00.
