9/6/14: Day 188: JEA @ Plantanares

At 7:20 I went to the church and met up with Paolo and several others. We rode to Shucutitan to get some more of the teens. Then we continued on our way to Plantanares with Carlos. I enjoyed the time I got to spend with Paolo. At the youth rally we had a lesson about evangelism and then we broke into teams of about 4. My team picked a neighborhood and we went knocking on doors and handing out general invitations to the Plantanares church. At 11:30 we met back at the church for another lesson and ice breaker games. Then we had lunch and walked to a soccer field. They had soccer, football, baseball, parachute, jump rope, and a few others going on all at the same time. There were about 60 teens all total. I was amazed at how much they all seemed to be enjoying the parachute. The games lasted nearly an hour when a downpour came. We waited for the rain to slack off to walk back to the church building and then went on home. I got home at 3:30 and went to campout in the bed room while Della taught the ladies class in the living room. There 7 or 8 ladies that attended today!
