5/1/14: Day 60: No worries

I slept in till 6:30 and had nothing I needed to worry about! It is such a relief to have our visa paperwork complete! I spent the morning working on our monthly report and spending report. When I finished, I tried to email it to everyone in the church. When I started to email it to the Signal Mountain church I realized I had accidently sent our spending report to the entire church!! Then I checked the email that I sent and discovered that I had sent the monthly report saved as the spending report name! I was relieved and found it very funny that I had managed to do that. Javier came over and Della helped him with his English homework. Lucky and I left at 1:30 to take Javier to the market and then back to his house. Then Lucky and I went to visit Juana (one of our contacts from the Puerto Rico visit). We talked about Shadrach Meshach and Abednego and how they were not afraid to stand up (literally) to authority telling them to do the wrong thing. Afterward we went back to the house to get Della. Then three of us went to visit Bryan and found that he was still having some troubles with his foot. At 5:30 I taught the small group at Gladis’ house with Hector interpreting. At 7:30 Bryan came over and we worked on origami until 9:00.

It rained pretty hard most all day today.
